Paterniti Homes was established in 1981 by Charles Paterniti. Our firm has constructed hundreds of residential additions and award-winning homes across northwestern Pennsylvania and Charlotte, North Carolina.
We emphasize client involvement throughout all project stages, including design, material selection, and fixture choices. We offer computerized planning services and operate with full licensing, bonding, and insurance coverage. Estimates are provided at no charge.
Paterniti Homes builds on client-owned or company-owned lots and provides both new construction and remodeling services.
